We offer consultation at $65 per 30 minutes and are engaged by written contract only. Our attorneys have experience in business related matters and feel we offer the "best" overall solution and proactive consultation to avoid disputes and litigation.

We provide aggressive and honest legal service understanding the clients goals and the relevant law and other practical considerations, including price. We offer this advice in business and transactions:

  3. Read the contract and never sign if you have a question.
  4. A good contract is one that is easily read and understood by those who are required to execute it and sign it.
  5. Make sure that the contract fully encompasses your goal and all the issues involved.
  6. Contracts should, at a minimum, contain the following:
    • Names of all parties a party to the contract
    • Signatures of all parties to the contract
    • Some jurisdictional and venue statement
    • Some provisions for attorneys fees and costs
    • The duties or responsibilities of the parties
    • And the costs for the services or duties, if fulfilled.
    • Some beginning and ending date
    • Some mechanism / procedure for terminating the contract and the consequences thereof.
Our firm is available and work pursuant to signed contracts with clients. Each contract is different and is based on the facts and the goals of the client.
