Kenneth D. Goins is the managing partner for the St. Louis office. His practice areas include:

Also, Mr. Goins has experience in the issuance of over One Billion Dollars ($1,000,000,000) in municipal debt. Mr. Goins also has municipal experience from the initial policy consideration (including referendums) through ordinance passage, enforcement and implementation.

Mr. Goins has experience in the creation and maintenance of non-profit corporations and those corporations acting as "conduit borrowers" on behalf of municipalities.

He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trail Attorneys, the Mound City Bar Association, and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri- St. Louis in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1990.

George W. Graham is the founding partner of the St. Louis office.

He concentrates his practice in the areas of:

• Ongoing legal representation of the profit/nonprofit corporate
  client or organization including all aspects of the applicable laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• and corporate law matters.

He also has experience in the area of municipal bond offerings.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Mound City Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He received his B.S. and B.A. from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 1982 and his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1997. He is also licensed in Tennessee.

Mr. Graham has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1983.

Marcus Dwayne Thompson, a U.S. Navy Veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm, is an associate with the firm.

Mr. Thompson has been an associate with the Firm since January 1999.

Mr. Thompson is a graduate of Fisk University where he graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. In 1989, Mr. Thompson earned an associates degree from Highland Park Community College in the Liberal Arts. Mr. Thompson was an inductee into Phi Theta Kappa, an honors Society.

Mr. Thompson received his law degree (juris doctorate) in jurisprudence from St. Louis University School of Law. Mr. Thompson has experience in personal injury matters and has extensive experience in the area of Bankruptcy Law.
